Job description
Adventist Health North West Heart Center is seeking a skilled Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our Structural Heart Team in Portland, Oregon.
The Structural Heart Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is a key member of the multidisciplinary heart team, providing expert clinical care to patients with complex structural heart disease. This role supports pre-procedure evaluation, inpatient and outpatient management, post-procedural care, and ongoing program growth through collaboration with cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, imaging specialists, and nursing teams
Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (State of Oregon).
- Minimum 2 years of cardiology or cardiac surgery experience preferred; structural heart experience strongly desired.
- Strong understanding of echocardiography, cardiac imaging, and hemodynamics.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

- 3 Interventional Cardiologists (4 starting Fall 2026)
