Adventist Health North West Heart Center is seeking a skilled Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our Structural Heart Team in Portland, Oregon.

The Structural Heart Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is a key member of the multidisciplinary heart team, providing expert clinical care to patients with complex structural heart disease. This role supports pre-procedure evaluation, inpatient and outpatient management, post-procedural care, and ongoing program growth through collaboration with cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, imaging specialists, and nursing teams

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (State of Oregon).
  • Minimum 2 years of cardiology or cardiac surgery experience preferred; structural heart experience strongly desired.
  • Strong understanding of echocardiography, cardiac imaging, and hemodynamics.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
