- Support Staff: 1 RN & 2 MAs
- EMR: Epic
- Other Info: Chart closure within 72 hrs
- Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
- Active CA License
- BC
- BLS
- DEA
- With 3 yrs of experience in a similar setting
- PAs must have a CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate
- NPs must have a Furnishing License with Schedules II
- CVs must have month & date on work experience w/ all gaps in employment accounted for
- Immunizations such as Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results etc
