Job Description for Nurse Practitioner:
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) will provide both direct and indirect care to participants in Health Clinic and Day Center. This role requires working under the supervision of the Medical Director and/or designated primary care physicians. The NP may be asked to work scheduled evening clinic hours and, when appropriate, act independently as a solo provider under telephone supervision with a physician.
--Ability to work independently and collaboratively
--Experience with patient care in a clinic setting
--Flexible to work evening hours when required
--Strong communication and patient interaction skills
