Job Responsibilities
As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, you will deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care to adult patients — emphasizing prevention, health education, and continuity of care. You’ll collaborate with a supportive care team focused on quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and work–life balance.
What You’ll Do:
Perform comprehensive medical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Diagnose and manage chronic and acute conditions.
Promote wellness through screenings, education, and preventive care.
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators.
Utilize modern electronic health records (EHR) and digital tools to streamline care.
Qualifications
Licensed NP or PA in Florida (or eligible)
DEA Certificate in place
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
2 years Primary Care or Internal Medicine experience preferred
Excellent communication and clinical judgment
Passion for patient-centered, value-based care
Working Hours
No weekends, no on call, no rounding
Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to continuous medical education and staying current with advancements in family medicine.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
