Position Summary
We are seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join a dynamic and expanding outpatient practice in San Antonio, TX .
This full-time, permanent position offers a traditional Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, no hospital rounding, and no call. The role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to adult patients, with the option to see all age groups if preferred.

Essential Position Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
Conduct annual wellness exams, including women’s health visits, as part of a holistic care approach.
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage common medical conditions in an outpatient setting.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in the electronic health record (EHR – eClinicalWorks).
Promote health education and preventive care to support long-term patient wellness.
Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (MSN or DNP).
Licensure & Certification: Active or eligible Nurse Practitioner license in Texas; national certification required.
Experience: Prior outpatient or primary care experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Language: Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) with semi-annual performance bonuses.
