Position Details

Monday"Friday, 8am"5pm

Flexible, rotating on-call schedule

Average 12"15 patients per day

EMR: eClinicalWorks (eCW)

Focus on continuity, preventive care, and chronic condition management

Multidisciplinary, team-based care for primarily Medicare-aged patients
Candidate Qualifications

Certified by AANP or ANCC in adult, gerontology, or family practice
-
Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Florida
-
DEA and CDS licensure (if required)

Current CPR and BLS certifications

Proficient with EMR systems, preferably eCW
-
Experience with Medicare Advantage, HEDIS, MRA, and ICD-10 coding
-
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
