Position Highlights:
- Rate: $122/hr
- Schedule: M–F, 8a–5p 18 patients/day minimum
- Setting: 100% outpatient No call
- Start: Ongoing need Decisions made within 7–14 days
- Scope: Family Medicine with some Chronic Pain Management
- Charting: EMR 72-hour chart closure required

- Active CA License & DEA (DEA must be active before start)
- BLS Certification
- Board Certified or Truly BE (within 5 years of residency)
- Will consider DOs and FM-only backgrounds

- Credentialing Timeframe: 30–90 days (avg. 6 weeks with timely submission)
- Required Immunizations (prior to start):
- 2022–2023 Flu Vaccine
- TB Status/X-Ray (within 90 days of start)
- Positive MMR, Hep B, and Varicella Zoster Titers or full immunization series
- Tdap (within last 10 years)
