Job description Job ID: 134644 Direct Hire Nurse Practitioner Role $118,000-$122,000 per year in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner - Skilled Nursing Facilities Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania $118k - $122k + Full Benefits Clinical Magnet, part of ICON Medical, is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to join our partner's Institutional Special Needs Plan (ISNP) team. This full-time, permanent position is based in skilled nursing facilities where you'll deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care to an older adult population.
