Location: Kokomo, IN
Start Date: November 15th, 2025
Contract Length: 6 months (possible extensions) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (possible part-time option; case-by-case basis) On-Call: Very rarely, as RNs will take call first..
Requirements
- Board Certified NP FNP/ACNP/AGACNP
- Active Indiana medical license
- DEA & BLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of Primary Care experience
Clinic Details
- Outpatient Primary Care setting
- EMR: IntusCare
- Patient Volume: ~10-15/day
- No weekends or call
