Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care (Kenai, Alaska)
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care team in beautiful Kenai, Alaska. This full-time role offers the chance to provide meaningful care in a culturally diverse community, with relocation assistance included.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and collaborate with a primary care team
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Coordinate care with other providers and support population-based health initiatives
- Deliver culturally competent care using evidence-based guidelines and EHR systems
- Participate in team training, collaboration, and peer review activities
Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (APRN) with prescriptive authority
- Current Alaska licensure (or ability to obtain), DEA certificate, and BLS certification
- At least 3 years of primary care experience (cross-cultural healthcare preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
