Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner for a full-time or short-term position. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a wide range of internal medicine cases and be familiar with HMO processes and guidelines. Salary can be negotiated.
Job Responsibilities
Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic internal medicine conditions.
Prescribe medications and develop individualized care plans.
Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers within the HMO network.
Document patient encounters accurately in the EHR.
Educate patients on disease prevention, management, and wellness.
Qualifications
Certification in Internal Medicine preferred.
Experience working in an HMO or managed care setting is highly desirable.
Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
