Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage a panel of patients in a primary care setting
- Provide comprehensive family practice care
- Deliver chronic pain management services
- Close patient charts within 72 hours
- Maintain compliance with all relevant protocols and documentation standards
Additional Information
- Must be board certified or board eligible (if within 5 years of residency) in Family Medicine
- Active California license required
- BLS and PALS certifications required
- Active DEA registration needed prior to start
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar setting (panel management) required
- Experience with chronic pain management is essential
