Job Details

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive family practice care to a broad patient population, with a high proportion of Spanish-speaking individuals (translators and Spanish-speaking medical assistants available)
- Deliver care to patients with a focus on those utilizing Medical/Medicaid services
- Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR
- Ensure compliance with all applicable clinical guidelines and regulations
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to optimize patient outcomes
Additional Information
- Locum experience is required
- Experience in FQHC, rural health, or IHS settings is preferred
- Most recent clinical experience must be in a Family Practice setting (internal medicine or pediatrics experience will not be accepted)
- Must hold an active California Nurse Practitioner license, DEA, and furnishing license
- Required board certification: Family Medicine
