Job description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physician or Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary and urgent care services in a rural Alaskan community. This role supports both general practice and emergency care needs, with an emphasis on holistic, patient-centered care that aligns with Christian values. The provider will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality medical services across a wide range of patient needs.
Job Responsibilities
Perform initial and ongoing assessments addressing physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and educational needs.
Develop and implement individualized care plans and clinical interventions.
Evaluate care outcomes and revise care plans as needed.
Participate in staff meetings and fulfill administrative responsibilities as assigned.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care delivery.
Maintain compliance with all organizational policies and applicable regulations.
Support the organization's mission and values in all interactions and practices.
Qualifications
National board certification (NCCPA for PAs, ANCC or AANP for NPs).
Active or eligible DEA registration.
Commitment to high-quality, faith-aligned, patient-centered care.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
