We are in need of a NP to provide Primary Care and Chronic Care Management services at a facility in Los Angeles, CA seeing patients 18+. Please see details below:
Details:
- Setting: provide Primary Care and Chronic Care Management traveling to homes and SNFs in the area.
- Schedule: M-F; (8am-5pm)
- Start: ASAP
Required:
- Active CA state license
- Certifications: BLS, BC, and DEA
- Open to candidates with 1-2 years minimum experience preferred
Compensation:
- Receive weekly paycheck
