Position Overview

We’re seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages within a school-based clinic and surrounding community. The ideal provider will be passionate about community health, comfortable managing chronic illnesses, and eager to make a long-term impact in a collaborative outpatient environment.

Job Responsibilities
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00a–5:00p (no weekends, no call)
Setting: Outpatient / Primary Care (school-based and community clinic)
Patient Volume: ~21 patients per day (all ages)
EMR: Epic
Support: Full clinical and administrative staff onsite
Orientation: 1 full week (mandatory, Mon–Fri)
Contract Length: 6 months, with potential for extension
Qualifications
Active California NP License (Required)
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
BLS Certification (Required)
DEA & Furnishing License (Preferred)
Experience with EPIC EMR strongly preferred
Must be comfortable treating pediatric through geriatric populations
Credentialing timeframe: ~30 days or less
