Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Primary Care

A clinic two hours north of Flagstaff, AZ is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant-Primary Care to join their growing team!

Pay: $108,000.00-$152,000.00/year!

Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant-Primary Care Opportunity:

• Full-time, direct hire position
• Schedule: 4(10)-hour day shifts, Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday
• Setting: Outpatient-only clinic
• No on-call
• Great leadership and administration team!
• The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant-Primary Care evaluates, diagnoses, and treats diseases and adverse health conditions. Order and evaluate diagnostic testing. Identify proper diagnosis and create an appropriate plan of care. Provide patient education regarding treatments, procedures, tests, and their subsequent results.

Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant-Primary Care Requirements:

• Current, active, and unrestricted Physician’s Assistant Board Certification OR ARNP license in the state of Arizona with appropriate certifications as necessary by licensing boards
• Current prescriptive authority in the state of Arizona, including DEA registration
• Current BCLS and ACLS certifications
• Open to new grads!
