Physician Assistant - Family Practice, Acute Care, Urgent Care

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Physician Assistants to provide exemplary care across family practice, acute care, and urgent care environments. Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 12 months of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant
  • Current Board Certification (certifications such as NCCPA, PA Cert, or Family NP Cert)
  • Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records, specifically Epic, including using the platform for all visits
  • Ability to independently see and treat all patients, both adult and pediatric (ages 6 months and up)
  • Strong soft skills, including excellent communication and bedside manner
  • Basic procedures proficiency: I&D, lac repair, ear irrigation, and other minor procedures
  • BLS certification

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience working in high-volume urgent care centers
  • Familiarity with pediatric and adult urgent care protocols
  • Multilingual capabilities
  • Advanced procedural skills or additional certifications in emergency medicine or family medicine

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Licensed Physician Assistant with a minimum of one year of relevant clinical experience
  • Board-certified in applicable specialty areas
  • Prior experience with EPIC EMR system

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work at multiple locations within a 65-mile radius of your residence
  • Flexibility to support various shifts as scheduled; specific dates to be discussed during the interview
  • Ability to undergo onboarding and EMR training, including a clinical interview and solo shift readiness prior to start
  • Availability to start on or around December 18, 2025

This position offers an hourly pay rate of $1.00. Please note that travel reimbursement is limited to mileage; travel expenses are not covered.
