Certified Nurse Practitioner | Concierge & Wellness Practice | Arizona (PRN)

Position Highlights:
- PRN opportunity (flexible, part-time schedule; 4-hour minimum per shift, paid hourly)
- Supervise Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) – review treatment plans, clear new patients, monitor sessions, and manage rare complications
- Urgent care coverage – care for internal medicine patients and occasional concierge coverage when the primary physician is unavailable, including after-hours support if needed
- Chamber applications include longevity/wellness, athletic recovery, spinal decompression, and plastic surgery wound healing
- 1099 position; NP must carry their own malpractice insurance (reimbursement offered)
Ideal Candidate:
- Certified NP, licensed in Arizona
- Hyperbaric certification required (UHMS / ACHM)
- ACLS/BLS certified; DEA license in good standing
- Experience in personalized, wellness, lifestyle, or performance medicine preferred
- Passion for patient-centered, concierge-level care and innovation in wellness modalities
Schedule & Compensation:
- Flexible, part-time PRN schedule, planned quarterly in advance
- Clinic hours: Monday–Friday 6am–6pm, Saturday 6am–2pm
- Hourly rate plus additional compensation for call coverage
- Exposure to cutting-edge personalized and lifestyle medicine modalities
