Arc Health is seeking compassionate and mission-driven Advanced Practice Providers (PA or NP) to provide women’s health exams, prenatal care, and outpatient primary care services at an IHS facility in the heart of northwestern Minnesota. This is an exceptional opportunity to serve a Tribal community while working in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
Position Details
Location: Cass Lake, MN
Commitment: Minimum 13–26 weeks, with an opportunity to extend
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, no call
Patient Load: 12–14 patients per day
EHR System: RPMS
Compensation: Highly competitive, based on experience
Licensure Requirement: Any state license accepted
Ideal Candidate
We are seeking providers who are passionate about rural, Tribal, and underserved healthcare; experienced in women’s health and primary care; comfortable managing patients with multiple chronic conditions; and dedicated to health equity and community-based care.
