Required Education
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)Â or
Master of Science in Physician Assistant (MSPA) or Doctor of Physician Assistant (PA)
Licensure/Certification
·        Active and unrestricted CA state licensure
·        Current APP board certification or board eligible
·        DEA certificate to dispense controlled substances (II-V)
·        Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
·        Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
·        Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from AHA if assigned to Emergency Department
Required Experience
Experience as a PA or NP providing care in an acute or ambulatory setting in assigned area of specialty
