Benefits and Compensation:
- Attractive total compensation package ranging from $100,000.00 to $120,000.00
- Comprehensive benefits package beginning day one, including:
- 212 hours of PTO annually (prorated based on start date)
- 80 hours of sick leave annually (prorated)

To become a part of our dedicated clinical team, you need the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Must have National Certification
- Hold or be eligible to obtain an Arizona License and DEA
- Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility
