Details and requirements for this opportunity:
· Schedule: 8a-4p daily
· Patients per day: 17
· Practice Setting: Indian Health Clinic
· Scope: Primary Care
· State Licensure: Any Unrestricted State License
· Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days
