Nurse Practitioner - Locums in Oklahoma, Low Volume Clinic
Outpatient assignment in Oklahoma starting Dec 15
Highlights
- No call, no weekends; Monday to Thursday only
- Low patient volume; just 6-10 per day
Practice Setting
- Employer-based clinic for public employees and dependents
- 2-person model: solo NP + 1 LPN
- Must be comfortable managing both front and back office tasks
- Athena EMR
Schedule
- Monday: 7:30 AM-1:30 PM
- Tuesday-Thursday: 7:30 AM-3:30 PM
- Dec 15-Feb 19 to start, with option to extend
Cases and Procedures
- Primary care and occupational health (no pediatrics)
- DOT exams, drug screens, spirometry, breath alcohol testing
- Must be proficient in blood draws
Requirements
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
- Active Oklahoma license
- BLS and DEA required
- DOT certification preferred but not required
Travel Accommodations
- Mileage reimbursed (no lodging or flights)
