📅 Assignment Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: November 26, 2026 (extension possible)
- Schedule:
- Mon/Wed: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Tue/Thu: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Fri: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Weekly Hours: 40
- Patient Volume: 7–10/day
- Setting: Primary Care
- EMR: Athena
✅ Requirements
- Board Certified NP or PA (Family Medicine)
- Active MI license
- BLS required | DEA required
- Minimum 2 years FM or Primary Care experience
- Must treat patients ages 2 and up
