Aylo Health is seeking a passionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a provider who values work-life balance and is looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive clinical environment. The position is based in one of our multiple locations Conyers, Stockbridge, Ellenwood, McDonough, Hampton, Locust Grove, and Jackson. Aylo Health offers a flexible schedule with two-day-per-week or three-day-per-week schedule.
Job Responsibilities
• Outpatient medical consultation services under the supervision of a physician in our medical office.
• Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating new and existing patients’ medical conditions.
• Conducting follow-up patient care.
• Ordering and interpreting lab, radiology, and other diagnostic study results.
• Prescribing and referring patients for consultations when appropriate.
• Answering emergency telephone calls on a rotating schedule.
• Administering and ordering drugs for patients.
• Completing all notes/tasks in patients’ EMR accounts indicating patient status and treatment procedures performed.
• Performing patient physicals.
• Providing health education to patients and families.
• Supervising/coordinating the activities of patient care and support staff within the clinic.
• Performing other duties as assigned in accordance with a nurse protocol agreement.
Qualifications
• Master's in Nursing or Master's in Physician Assistant [required]
• Current Licensed as Family Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant in Georgia [required]
• Current board certification by AANP/ANCC (NPs) or NCCPA (PAs) [required]
• Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration or eligibility to obtain [preferred]
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
Working Hours
• 2/3 days per week (Monday - Friday) 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
