• M-F business hours or modified schedule, exclusively non treatment, no prescribing, treating evaluating current level of severity - will diagnose condition veteran has, seeing what you would expect "gastro, cardiac, musculoskeletal, diabetes" things people would practice patient load. • Going to depend on size and complexity- try to keep it to 30 conditions a day, could be one veteran or 7- all dependent on conditions.
• Bordering on forensic- intense, don't want to undersell the research and documentation- medical record research, record review, VA contractor individual portals Prefer with comfortable with pelvic and rectal exams- sensitive exams chaperones in the room so no concerns there.
• Extreme comfort with musculoskeletal exams, not a day that goes by without one- required to do range of motion testing, goniometer.
• Demographic- male / female 18+ VA disability exams- anyone that has a disability that feels like their claims were by the time in the service, they can get financial comp- eligible for free treatment REALLY intense and a lot more involved than any type of documentation, no home health providers pls.

Qualifications
• Master’s Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
• Board Certification
• An active and unrestricted NP/PA license in the state in which exams are performed.
• 2 years minimum experience treating and diagnosing
• Graduated through accredited program- hold active certification and BLS
