LOCUM NURSE PRACTITIONER – FAMILY MEDICINE | Modesto, CA
🏥 Setting: Employee wellness & primary care (ages 2+) 📆 Schedule: Mon–Fri | 8AM–5PM 📅 Start Date: ASAP | Through 10/31/2025 💼
🔹 ROLE OVERVIEW:
· Provide primary care and occupational health services
· Patient volume: 7–10 per day
· EMRs: Epic & OHM
· Supported by APPs, physicians, and nursing staff
✅ REQUIREMENTS:
· Board Certified NPFM
· Active CA license (or willing to apply)
· BLS & DEA certifications
· Minimum 1 year of primary care experience
