Family Nurse Practitioner – Employee Wellness (Locums)
📍 Modesto, CA
🕒 Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm | Through 10/31/2025
🚀 Start Date: ASAP
Join a dedicated care team providing primary and occupational health services to employees at a well-established onsite health center. This is a locum tenens opportunity with the potential to extend or transition to a permanent role.
Key Details:
- Setting: Employee wellness and primary care, some occupational health
- Patient Volume: 7–10 patients per day
- Ages Seen: 2+
- Support: Collaborative team including physician and nursing staff
- Interview: Virtual with Medical Director
Requirements:
- Active California NP license
- Board Certification (FNP)
- Active BLS and DEA
- Minimum 1 year of primary care experience
