232 PTO hours (~29 days) + 96 sick hours (12 days).

Typical volume: 6–8 patients/day (~32/week), quality-focused care in SNFs/ALFs and homebound settings.
(First-Year Financial Package = Base × 1.25 + Commencement Bonus + Relocation Allowance. Base range $128,358–$150,000 ⇒ $160,448–$187,500 before commencement/relocation.)
