🩺 LOCUM NURSE PRACTITIONER – GERIATRIC MEDICINE
BoldAge PACE – Oceanport, NJ. Proudly serving Monmouth County’s elderly population.
📅 Assignment Details
- Start Date: Targeting August 25, 2025
- Duration: 3 months (with potential extension)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM or 8AM–4:30PM
- Setting: PACE Health Clinic & Day Center
- Patient Volume: 2–8 participants/day
- EMR: PACE Care Online
- Support Staff: CMA and nurses provided
- Call: Every third week, triaged by RN
✅ Candidate Requirements
- NP: FNP, AGNP, or ACAGNP
- Board Certified via ANCC or AANP
- Active NJ license
- DEA & CDS required
- ACLS & BLS
- 3–5 years RN experience preferred
- At least 1–2 years of NP experience with elderly population required
