We’re currently seeking dedicated Nurse Practitioners in Oregon who are passionate about senior care and excited to work independently in the field—with full clinical and administrative support behind them.

🏥 Responsibilities

Travel to one facility per day to provide bedside ENT care to 15–25 residents

Prescribe medications and treatments

Perform comprehensive physical exams

Develop and implement patient management plans

Facilitate referrals and collaborate with specialists

Build trust and rapport with patients and facility staff
📋 Requirements

Valid Oregon Nurse Practitioner license

Valid Oregon Driver’s License

Willingness to travel extended distances within the region

Commitment to high-quality ENT care
-
Willingness to travel out-of-state for initial training

DEA not required
