locum tenens opening for an Advanced Practice Provider in Sunnyvale, California.
Clinic Overview:
Provides Primary Care and Occupational Health services
Patient Population: Ages 2 and up
Start: ASAP
Contract: 2–3 months, with option to extend or convert to temp-to-perm
Schedule:
Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
