Details:
📍 Location:
PC Clinic – 4303 39th Avenue, Kenosha, WI 53144
🩺 Details:
- Start Date: ASAP-9/26/2025 (with possible extension)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm (No on-call)
- Patient Volume: 7–10 patients/day
- Patient Population: Employees and dependents ages 2+
- EMR: Epic
📋 Requirements:
- BC, BLS & DEA
- Minimum 1 year of Primary Care experience
💰 Compensation & Logistics:
- Rate: Phone Discussion ONLY
- Paid Weekly
- 100% Malpractice Paid
