The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a part-time bilingual Nurse Practitioner fluent in Spanish to join our Primary Care team. This is a rewarding outpatient role ideal for a compassionate, skilled provider who is passionate about serving a vibrant urban population.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Conduct comprehensive physical exams and preventive screenings
- Provide patient education and wellness counseling
- Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
- Document accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) and collaborate with the clinical care team
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing (APRN)
- Active New York State NP license and board certification (FNP, ANP, or AGNP)
- DEA license with prescriptive authority
- 1–2 years of primary care experience preferred
- Fluency in Spanish is required
- Excellent clinical judgment and interpersonal communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate: $85–$90/hour (commensurate with experience)
