Hello there,
Are you available for a per diem role with a flexible schedule?
I'm looking for a per diem FNP to join our client’s patient-centered primary care clinic in Groton, CT! You’ll help manage chronic conditions and see employees and their dependents (ages 2+) for sick/acute visits.
Hours:
- Flexible Schedule: Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (2 Saturdays per month)
Requirements:
- Active CT license, DEA, BLS
- 1 year of experience in primary care and chronic disease management
- Strong communication and clinical skills
