Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in Page, Arizona, a vibrant desert community perched on the southern shore of Lake Powell. Known as the “Gateway to the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area,” Page offers world-famous sights such as Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, and endless opportunities for boating, fishing, hiking, and photography. This is a rare chance to practice in a close-knit community while enjoying some of the most stunning natural scenery in the Southwest.

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary range of $109,000 to $152,000
  • $7,500 retention bonus at the start of the second year
  • CME: $2,000 and 40 hours paid CME annually
  • 3 weeks paid vacation plus sick leave
  • 4-day work week (Mon–Thu or Tue–Fri)
  • No call duties and built-in administrative time
  • Average patient load: 15+ per day
  • Relocation assistance available

Responsibilities

  • Deliver primary care to patients of all ages in an outpatient clinic
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions
  • Conduct physical exams, screenings, and preventive care visits
  • Prescribe medications and create individualized treatment plans
  • Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
  • Work collaboratively with care teams for coordinated patient care
  • Accurately document visits in EMR
  • Participate in quality improvement projects and peer review
  • Occasionally provide coverage at nearby clinics if needed
  • Support outreach and educational events in the community

Requirements

  • Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC)
  • Arizona license or eligibility to obtain
  • DEA registration and BLS certification
  • Meets credentialing standards for contracted health plans
  • Passion for serving underserved and culturally diverse populations
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Two years’ ambulatory experience preferred
  • Navajo or Spanish language skills a plus
