Canyonlands is still in need of 2 permanent FNPs for couple of our clinics located in Page, AZ and Kayenta, AZ (Navajo Reservation).
- Outpatient only
- No Call
- 4 10s (Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri)
- Relocation assistance available
