Family Nurse Practitioner – Locum Tenens

Assignment Length: 13 weeks (flexible, ongoing)
Schedule: 4×10s – Choose Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday

Position Overview:
Seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a full-time outpatient assignment starting ASAP. The ideal candidate will provide primary care services to patients of all ages in a rural health clinic setting.
Clinical Details:

Schedule: 4×10s – Mon–Thu or Tue–Fri (your choice)

Shift Time: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Patient Volume: 15–20 patients per day

Requirements:

License: Active Arizona license required

Experience: Primary care experience preferred

Certifications: Current NP certification and DEA
