Job Responsibilities
📍 Location: 350 Potrero St, Sunnyvale, CA 🏥 Setting: On-site employee wellness & primary care 📆 Schedule: Mon–Fri | 8AM–5PM 📅 Start Date: ASAP | Duration: 30 days (possible extension) 💼 Type: Locums
🔹 ROLE OVERVIEW:
• Serve Google employees in primary care and wellness
• Patient volume: 7–10 per day
• EMR: Epic
• Team includes APP, physician, and nursing support
✅ REQUIREMENTS:
• Board Certified (NPFM)
• Active CA license
• BLS & DEA certifications
• Minimum 1 year of primary care experience
