📍 Location: 573 Santa Rita Ave, Modesto, CA 94925 🏥 Setting: Employee wellness & primary care (ages 2+) 📆 Schedule: Mon–Fri | 8AM–5PM 📅 Start Date: ASAP | Through 10/31/2025 💼
🔹 ROLE OVERVIEW:
• Provide primary care and occupational health services
• Patient volume: 7–10 per day
• EMRs: Epic & OHM
• Supported by APPs, physicians, and nursing staff
✅ REQUIREMENTS:
• Board Certified NPFM
• Active CA license
• BLS & DEA certifications
• Minimum 1 year of primary care experience
