Greetings
I’m reaching out with an excellent locum tenens Advanced Practice Provider (APP) opportunity with a reputable company in Groton, CA. This is a part-time/PRN position ideal for providers with occupational health experience who are looking for a long-term contract.
Location:
Occ-Clinic- Groton, CT 06340
🗓 Schedule:
- Saturday : 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- PRN shifts available Mon-Fri: Daytime hours, depending on the day
📅 Start Date: ASAP
💼 Specialty: Primary Care / VERY light occ health
👥 Patient Volume: 10–12 patients/day
💻 EMR: Epic
Role Highlights:
- Provide primary and acute care for employees and their dependents. sees ages 2+.
- Patient centered medical health - allocate 30 minutes for each appointment and 45 minutes for each physical appt.
- Provide preventative physicals, chronic disease management, acute condition management.
Requirements:
- Active CT license, BC, BLS, and DEA
- Minimum 3 year of experience in Primary Care and/or Occupational Health
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate discussed by Phone
- Paid Weekly
- 100% Malpractice Paid
