We are currently seeking a PRN Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to support our busy, patient-centered medical home providing comprehensive primary care, including chronic disease management and sick/acute visits.
Ideal Availability:

Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Preference given to candidates available every Saturday, but consideration will be given to those available at least one Saturday every 4 weeks
