We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a Primary Care setting located onsite with a valued enterprise client. This position is ideal for a provider with a strong background in outpatient care and a passion for delivering patient-centered services in a collaborative environment.

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of primary care experience

  • Comfortable with paper charting (some sites may also use EMR)

  • Ability to manage a wide range of visits, including:

    • Annual physicals

    • Problem-based visits

    • Travel medicine

    • Well-women exams (preferred, not required)

    • Specialist referrals

    • Short-term disability evaluations

    • Prescription management

Support & Facility Highlights:

  • Onsite Medical Assistants and Administrative staff

  • Onsite lab for blood draws (processed by Quest) and POC testing

  • Integrated services including Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, Care Management, and Behavioral Health (Psychologists)

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform physical exams and preventive health screenings

  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests

  • Develop care plans and provide patient instructions

  • Prescribe medications or recommend treatments

  • Collaborate with other health professionals for comprehensive care

  • Refer to physicians or specialists when needed

  • Educate and mentor nursing staff

What You’ll Bring:

  • Active RN and NP/PA licensure and certification to practice

  • State Prescriptive Authority (if applicable)

  • Federal DEA License (per state requirements)

  • State Controlled Substance License (if required)

  • Current national board certification (ANCC or AANP for NPs)
