Responsibilities and Duties
- Travel to individual residences and long-term care facilities to administer wound care
- Utilize advanced techniques including UltraMist Wands and skin grafts such as fish skin, placenta, and lab-grown tissues
- Provide care primarily in long-term care settings, covering up to 90% of the workload
- Ensure documentation and patient follow-up through the WoundExpert EMR system
Additional Information
- Ideal candidates will be fast-tracked if they have experience with advanced wound care technologies
- Required certifications include Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nursing (WOCN)
- Must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner license in Minnesota
