Position Highlights
Practice Hours for Same Day Care: Monday - Friday 8 am - 8 pm
Practice Hours for Primary Care: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
Outpatient only and 4 day/week work schedule with some Saturdays and holidays
Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligible organization
Responsible for provision of Advanced Practice Provider services, including assessment and management of patients across all clinical settings, (examples: ambulatory clinic, hospital, assisted living facility, skilled nursing facility/nursing home, ambulatory surgery center, and community settings), within the scope of licensing, training, and credentialing dependent on specialty.
