Position:
- Specialty: Primary Care Clinic
- Location: Peoria, IL 61614
- Start ASAP- 12/31/2025
- Schedule: Mon – 6AM-3:30PM, Tue – 11AM-7PM, Wed – 9AM-6PM, Thur – 9AM-5PM, Fri – 6AM-12PM
- Patient Volume: 7-10 ppd
- EMR: Athena
- IL license
- 2 years of Primary Care experience
Compensation:
