Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP/DNP) to join our outpatient care team. This is a full-time role with a focus on delivering high-quality primary care services to a diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of health conditions across all age groups
- Manage chronic conditions and provide preventative care
- Accept and manage 10 walk-in patients daily, in addition to scheduled appointments
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
Required:
- Active New York State Nurse Practitioner License
- DEA License
- Infection Control Certification
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in Primary Care, Outpatient Hospital, or Urgent Care
Preferred (or must obtain within 120 days of hire):
- DOT Certification
- Workers' Compensation Certification
- Experience in Behavioral Health or Multispecialty care
