Location: Thief River Falls, MN
Position: NP - Primary Care and Occupational Health Clinic
Schedule: Flexible; can alter days of the week and/or length of coverage
Contract Duration: 9 weeks (07/01/25 to 08/29/25)
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute meal break)
Guarantee: 40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care and some occupational health services to adults aged 18+.
- Main visit types include urgent/acute care and coverage of chronic conditions until the open position is filled.
- Collaborate with a support team consisting of 2 RNs, 1 LPN, and 1 full-time NP.
Qualifications:
- Licensed NP with experience in primary care and occupational health.
- Ability to manage urgent/acute care and chronic conditions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
