This role offers clinical autonomy, predictable hours, and the chance to build meaningful continuity with patients in settings where advanced wound management makes a real impact.
Opportunity Outline:
• Wound-focused care across Eugene-area SNFs — no nights, weekends, or call.
• Stable, collaborative team of 30+ post-acute APPs.
• Base compensation: $125,000-$165,000.
• Monthly bonus potential: $300-$6,000.
• Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Malpractice, PTO, CME, and 401(k) with match.
Living in Eugene, OR:

• Eugene's reputation for livability is well earned-where neighborhoods are shaded with old-growth trees, and one of the nation's best bike networks makes getting around simple and sustainable.
